Skovlyst Oktoberfest Alkoholfri Høstbryg

Skovlyst is a renowned Danish craft beer brand originally founded in 2004 at the Bryggeri-Restaurant Skovlyst in Hareskoven near Værløse, Denmark. It was established by brewmaster Jan Paul and Mikael Kissmeyer with an emphasis on brewing specialty beers inspired by the forest and nature.

To meet broader retail demand throughout Denmark and maintain competitive pricing and production capacity, Skovlyst established Skovlyst Production ApS (now part of Skovlyst Nordic ApS). The commercial bottles and cans distributed widely in supermarkets are contract-brewed abroad, predominantly at Polish breweries under strict supervision and according to Danish recipes, while the original restaurant in Hareskoven still maintains an on-site microbrewery.

The brand and the retail distribution company Skovlyst Nordic ApS are owned by the Danish beverage and distribution company Premium Beer Holding ApS / Skovlyst Holding ApS, based in Denmark.
