Teka Home Appliance

Teka is a renowned multinational brand specializing in kitchen and bath equipment, including sinks, ovens, extractor hoods, and induction cooktops. Founded in Germany in 1924 by Karl Thielmann, the company originally began as an agricultural machinery workshop before expanding into stainless steel sinks and kitchen appliances. In the 1960s, Teka expanded to Spain, where it established major manufacturing operations and corporate hubs.

Today, Teka products are manufactured across various specialized production facilities in Europe (notably Spain, Portugal, and Germany), as well as Asia and America.

In recent years, the Teka Group underwent strategic corporate restructuring. In 2024, Chinese home appliance and electronics multinational Midea Group agreed to acquire Teka Group, integrating its major appliances and kitchen solutions into Midea's global portfolio.
