Cedar Popcorn

Cedar Popcorn (Maïs à éclater) is part of the Cedar / Phoenicia line of dry goods, grains, and Mediterranean specialty foods distributed across grocery stores throughout Canada.

Founded in 1989 in Montreal, Quebec, Phoenicia Products Inc. was established to import and package high-quality Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and pantry staple foods under the Cedar and Phoenicia labels. In 2009, Canadian food retail and distribution giant Metro Inc. acquired a majority stake in Phoenicia Products Inc. (and its sister company Marché Adonis), and later took full ownership.

Popcorn kernels are sourced from agricultural producers (predominantly within North America, including Canada and the United States) and packaged for retail distribution across Canadian supermarkets.
