Hacendado Surtido is an assortment of sweet biscuits, wafers, and pastries sold exclusively by the Spanish supermarket chain Mercadona under its proprietary private-label food brand, Hacendado.

Founded in 1977 in Valencia, Spain, Mercadona introduced Hacendado in the late 1990s to offer high-quality supermarket staple products at accessible everyday prices. Mercadona partners with specialized food manufacturers (interproveedores / totalers) across Spain and Europe to produce its private-label goods. The biscuit assortments are typically produced by Spanish biscuit manufacturers such as Galletas Gullón or Cuétara.

Mercadona S.A. remains a 100% Spanish family-controlled enterprise, with Juan Roig and his family serving as the ultimate owners.
