In 2008, Meguiar's, Inc. was acquired by 3M Company, an American multinational conglomerate headquartered in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Under 3M's Automotive Aftermarket Division, Meguiar's maintains dedicated brand operations and product formulation leadership based out of Irvine, California.

Manufacturing and Canadian Market

Meguiar's Hybrid Ceramic Wax and related automotive cleaning and protection liquids sold across Canada are primarily manufactured at 3M and Meguiar's facilities in the United States, and distributed in Canada via 3M Canada Company.
