Net-a-Porter is an internationally renowned premier online luxury fashion destination founded in London in 2000 by fashion journalist Natalie Massenet. In 2015, Net-a-Porter merged with Italian e-commerce platform YOOX to form the YOOX NET-A-PORTER (YNAP) Group. Swiss luxury goods conglomerate Compagnie Financière Richemont acquired full ownership of YNAP in 2018. In 2024–2025, Richemont concluded an agreement to sell YNAP (including Net-a-Porter) to German multi-brand luxury e-commerce platform Mytheresa (MYT Netherlands Parent B.V.), marking the latest chapter in Net-a-Porter's strategic ownership evolution in the luxury digital marketplace.
