Trespass is a well-known British outdoor clothing and equipment brand, established in 1984 in Glasgow, Scotland, as a brand extension by Jacobs & Turner Ltd. The parent company originally started in 1938 specializing in workwear and uniforms before pivoting towards specialized skiwear and outdoor technical clothing.

Today, Jacobs & Turner Ltd remains the privately held owner and operator of the Trespass brand, with international distribution across Europe, including Italy. While design, product development, and management are based in Scotland, the manufacturing of Trespass apparel is outsourced globally to production partners primarily located in China, Bangladesh, and other Asian manufacturing hubs.
