Edesa Style Refrigerator

Edesa is one of the most historic and traditional domestic appliance brands in Spain, with roots tracing back to 1941 when it was established in Basauri (Biscay, Basque Country). Over decades, Edesa became a household name across Spain, known for its durable refrigerators, washing machines, water heaters, and cooking appliances.

Historically, Edesa became part of Fagor Electrodomésticos, which was integrated into the Mondragon Corporation. Following the insolvency and bankruptcy of Fagor Electrodomésticos in 2013, the brand was acquired by CNA Group (Cata Electrodomésticos S.L.), a major Spanish manufacturer of kitchen appliances based in Torelló (Barcelona, Spain). Today, Edesa products continue to be designed and marketed primarily for the Iberian market, manufactured across facilities in Spain, Poland, and partner plants internationally.
