Radox is a long-standing British brand, originally founded in 1908 by Griffith Hughes. It became famous for its herbal bath salts, inspired by the concept of 'radiant oxygen' baths. Over more than a century, the brand has expanded from bath additives into a wide range of personal care products, including shower gels and the antibacterial handwashes shown here.

While the brand has its roots in Manchester, United Kingdom, it has undergone several changes in corporate ownership. In 2009, it was acquired by the consumer goods giant Unilever from the Sara Lee Corporation. Today, Radox products are manufactured in various locations across Europe and globally to supply international markets, though they remain a staple of the British household cleaning and hygiene routine. As a subsidiary of Unilever, the brand benefits from a massive global distribution network and extensive research into mineral and herbal therapy.
