Over the decades, ownership of French's has transitioned through several major corporations. It was long held by the British company Reckitt Benckiser (RB). However, in 2017, McCormick & Company, a global leader in flavor based in the United States, acquired the French's brand alongside Frank's RedHot in a significant deal. Today, McCormick continues to oversee the manufacturing and global distribution of French's products, maintaining its position as a dominant player in the condiments market.
