WMF Cooking Pan

WMF, originally standing for Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik, is a historic German manufacturer founded in 1853 in Geislingen an der Steige. The brand has built a global reputation for high-quality stainless steel cookware, utilizing its proprietary Cromargan® steel alloy. While the brand is synonymous with German engineering and premium kitchen tools, its manufacturing footprint has expanded globally to meet international demand.

In 2016, the French conglomerate Groupe SEB acquired WMF, integrating it into one of the world's largest portfolios of small domestic appliances and cookware. Despite this change in ownership, WMF maintains a strong identity rooted in its German heritage, with many of its premium lines still manufactured in its original facility in Geislingen. Today, WMF operates as a premium subsidiary within Groupe SEB, focusing on both consumer products and professional coffee machines.
