Arc'teryx apparel and outdoor gear

Arc'teryx is a high-end Canadian design company specializing in outdoor apparel and technical gear. Founded in North Vancouver in 1989, the brand is renowned for its technical innovations in mountaineering and skiing equipment, particularly its waterproof jackets and climbing harnesses.

While the brand maintains a significant research and manufacturing facility in North Vancouver (known as ARC'One), the majority of its products are produced in global locations including Vietnam, China, and various other international hubs. This allow the company to maintain a balance between high-end specialized domestic production and global distribution capacity.

Arc'teryx is currently owned by Amer Sports, a multinational sporting goods group. Amer Sports itself is under the control of a consortium led by the Chinese company Anta Sports, making it part of one of the world's largest sportswear conglomerates. Despite this ownership, Arc'teryx maintains its design identity and corporate headquarters in British Columbia, Canada.
