Dormeo is a prominent international brand specializing in sleep solutions, primarily known for its innovative memory foam mattresses and the patented Octaspring technology. The brand was established in 2002, initially launching in Slovenia, and quickly expanded across Central and Eastern Europe before achieving a global presence. Its product range includes mattresses, pillows, duvets, and toppers designed to improve sleep quality through ergonomic support.

While the brand has its roots in Slovenia, its manufacturing footprint is diverse, with production facilities located in several countries throughout Europe and Asia to serve various regional markets. This decentralization allows the brand to optimize logistics and meet the high demand for its patented sleep technologies across more than 40 countries.

In terms of ownership, Dormeo was long the flagship brand of Studio Moderna, a leading omni-channel retailer in Central and Eastern Europe. Following a strategic restructuring in 2023, the Dormeo brand and its intellectual property were acquired by Darko Horvat via the company Dormeo Home. The move aimed to stabilize the brand's future and ensure continued distribution and innovation in the competitive home goods market.
