In 2015, Imlek became part of the MidEuropa Partners portfolio before being integrated into 'Moji Brendovi,' a holding company that gathered leading regional consumer food and beverage brands. As of 2026, the ultimate ownership is held by MidEuropa, a prominent private equity firm specializing in the growth markets of Central and Eastern Europe. Under this ownership, Imlek continues to lead the market, focusing on innovation in probiotic yogurts, cheeses, and long-life dairy products.
