As of 2024 and looking into 2025-2026, the company entered a transformative phase following a definitive merger agreement with Skydance Media. This deal positions Skydance and its partners as the new controlling owners, ensuring the legacy of Paramount continues under updated strategic leadership while maintaining its headquarters in the United States.
