Boerderij Chips is a Dutch artisanal snack brand founded by farmers Henk Scheele and René de Zeeuw. The brand originated from the Hoeksche Hoeve farm in 's-Gravendeel, South Holland, where the founders decided to process their own potatoes into high-quality chips to add more value to their harvest.

The chips are unique because they are produced directly on the farm. The process is remarkably efficient; potatoes can go from the field to being washed, sliced, fried in sunflower oil with their skins on, and packaged within just twenty minutes. This 'farm-to-bag' approach ensures freshness and a distinct, authentic potato flavor.

Today, the brand remains under the ownership of its original creators through Hoeksche Hoeve B.V. It is widely recognized in the Netherlands for its sustainable practices, such as using solar energy and avoiding artificial additives, and is available in major Dutch supermarkets like Albert Heijn and Jumbo.
