Today, Eridania Italia S.p.A. is part of the French cooperative group Cristal Union, one of the largest sugar producers in Europe. Consequently, the sugar is sourced and processed within a European supply chain, primarily using sugar beets grown in Italy and France, with manufacturing and packaging facilities located in both countries to serve the Mediterranean market.
