Acqua di Sirmione is a renowned Italian thermal water product used primarily for nasal hygiene and the treatment of respiratory conditions like rhinitis and sinusitis. Its origins are deeply rooted in the natural history of Lake Garda, where the water is sourced from the Boiola spring. The water itself follows a 20-year geological journey, originating from rainfall on Mount Baldo, filtering through rock layers to a depth of 2,100 meters, and becoming enriched with sulfur, bromine, and iodine before emerging at a temperature of 69°C.

The brand is owned by Terme di Sirmione S.p.A., a historic company that manages the thermal facilities and hotels in the Sirmione area. While Terme di Sirmione remains the owner of the product and the source, it entered into a long-term strategic partnership in 2017 with the Menarini Group, a major Italian multinational pharmaceutical company. Under this agreement, Menarini holds the exclusive rights for the commercial distribution and marketing of Acqua di Sirmione in Italy, leveraging its extensive pharmacy network to maintain the product's market-leading position.
