Fiordifrutta is a renowned line of organic fruit spreads produced by Rigoni di Asiago, a family-owned Italian company with deep roots in the Altopiano di Asiago. The Arance Amare (Bitter Orange) variety is famously crafted using organic bitter oranges, often sourced from the Etna region in Sicily. Unlike traditional marmalades that use cane sugar, Fiordifrutta is sweetened exclusively with organic apple juice, making it a pioneer in the '100% from fruit' category.

The production process takes place in the company's facilities in the Veneto region of Italy, specifically at their plant on the Asiago Plateau. While the company sources some raw ingredients from its own organic farmlands in Bulgaria (especially berries and wild fruits) to maintain control over the supply chain, the manufacturing and final processing of the spreads remain firmly in Italy.

Founded in 1923 by Nonna Elisa, Rigoni di Asiago has evolved from a local honey producer into a global leader in organic foods. Today, the company is managed by the third generation of the Rigoni family.
