Zotter Whisky is a hand-scooped filled chocolate bar produced by Zotter Schokolade GmbH. The brand was established in 1999 by Josef Zotter in Riegersburg, Styria, Austria, after starting confectionary innovations in Graz.

All Zotter chocolates are entirely bean-to-bar and organic/fair-trade manufactured in their factory located in Riegersburg, Austria. The company remains an independent, family-owned Austrian business owned and operated by the Zotter family.
