This product is sliced Iberian cebo chorizo packed and sold under Mercadona's private label in Spain.

Mercadona is Spain's leading supermarket chain, founded by the Roig family in the Valencian Community. Although the distributor and label shown on the package is Mercadona S.A., its cured Iberian meat products are manufactured and processed by accredited Spanish charcuterie suppliers specializing in Iberian pork, such as Incarlopsa or Covap, primarily across meat-producing regions in Spain.

Mercadona S.A. remains privately owned, with the majority shareholding held by Spanish businessman Juan Roig and his family.
