Kimberfeel footwear

Kimberfeel is an outdoor and alpine footwear brand established in 1956 by Jean Vial at the base of the French Alps. Originally conceived to offer durable, warm, and accessible mountain shoes and après-ski boots, Kimberfeel quickly earned strong popularity across European winter sport regions.

The brand is owned and operated by the French family-owned group Kimberfeel SAS (historically part of Chaussures Vial), based in Chens-sur-Léman, Haute-Savoie, France. In 2021, the company joined the French group Chamois Industrie, led by Julien Vial and specialized in outdoor and sports gear.

While design, testing, and engineering take place in the French Alps, Kimberfeel products are manufactured in multiple international partner facilities, notably in European countries like Italy and Romania (especially for premium après-ski collections) as well as Asian production centers, widely distributed across Italy and neighboring European markets.
