Desperados 0.0% Citrus Non-Alcoholic Beer

Desperados was originally created in 1995 by the French brewery Brasserie Fischer in Schiltigheim, Alsace. It became famous across Europe as a distinctive tequila-flavoured lager.

In 1996, the Dutch multinational brewing giant Heineken N.V. acquired Brasserie Fischer, bringing the Desperados brand into its global brand portfolio. Following the closure of the original brewery in Schiltigheim in the late 2000s, production was shifted to other Heineken brewing facilities.

Today, Desperados, including its alcohol-free 0.0% Citrus variant, is brewed and packaged across Heineken's European network (primarily in the Netherlands, France, and other regional breweries) and distributed internationally, including across the UK market by Heineken UK.
