Mallebrin Gargle Concentrate

Mallebrin is a traditional German pharmaceutical mouthwash and gargle concentrate formulated with aluminium chloride, used primarily to treat inflammation in the oral cavity, gums, and throat.

The brand has a long-standing history in German pharmacies and is produced by Krewel Meuselbach GmbH (headquartered in Eitorf, Germany). In 2019, Krewel Meuselbach was acquired by the major Russian pharmaceutical company PJSC Pharmsynthez, which serves as the ultimate parent company. Manufacturing of Mallebrin continues to take place in Germany.
