Erika Knight Moorland Mohair yarn

Erika Knight is a well-known British designer and author who established her eponymous yarn brand to celebrate traditional British wool crafts and heritage spinning mills.

The Erika Knight brand was acquired in 2019 by the German textile and yarn company BC Garn / Permin Group / Brita Kremke (Kremke Soul Wool), managed through Kremke Handarbeitsgarne. Despite being managed from Germany, the 'Born in Britain' range, such as Moorland Mohair, remains traditionally spun and sourced in the United Kingdom, blending British Bluefaced Leicester wool and fine mohair.
