This item is a German vinyl LP album titled Aus grauer Städte Mauern, published as a special promotional/folk release associated with HEW (Hamburgische Electricitäts-Werke AG). HEW was the municipal electric utility serving Hamburg, Germany, originally founded in 1894.

In 2002, HEW was acquired by the Swedish state-owned multinational energy company Vattenfall AB, which subsequently rebranded all HEW operations under the Vattenfall banner in 2006. The record itself was pressed and manufactured in Germany.
