Naturitas was established in 2014 by Josep Casas and Esteban Humet in Mataró, Catalonia, Spain. In 2021, the company was acquired by the French e-health and online pharmacy retailer Santédiscount, which later formed the Atida group, backed by private equity firm Marcol.
