Cucina Parmigiano Reggiano is a private label Italian hard cheese sold at Aldi Süd supermarket locations in Germany. The cheese is aged for a minimum of 24 months and holds the official Protected Designation of Origin (PDO / g.U.) certification.

Because authentic Parmigiano Reggiano is legally protected under European law, it can only be produced, matured, and packaged in a specific defined region in northern Italy (covering Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena, and parts of Mantua and Bologna) strictly using milk from designated local dairies.

The private brand Cucina belongs to the German discount retailer ALDI SÜD. While the cheese itself is sourced and produced by certified dairy cooperatives in Italy, the brand is owned and distributed by the Aldi Süd corporate group based in Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany.
