However, in early 2021, the Catelli brand was acquired by Barilla Group. Today, Catelli operates as a prominent brand under the Barilla umbrella, maintaining its status as a Canadian household favorite while being part of a global Italian pasta legacy. The products are primarily manufactured in Canada to serve the North American market.
