Later, in 2019, Pfizer and GSK (GlaxoSmithKline) combined their consumer health businesses to form a joint venture. This venture eventually spun off as Haleon in 2022. Today, Haleon, a global leader in consumer health headquartered in the United Kingdom, is the ultimate owner of the brand. Production primarily continues in the United States to serve the North American and international markets.
