Tenuta di Artimino is a historic Tuscan estate located in Carmignano, near Prato. The estate is famous for the Villa Medicea La Ferdinanda, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and its long tradition of viticulture dating back to the Medici family. The Barco Reale di Carmignano is a DOC red wine produced from Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on the estate's grounds.

In recent years, the estate was acquired by the Olmo family (Gruppo Olmo), known for their historical significance in the bicycle manufacturing industry and various real estate investments. The production is rooted in the specific terroir of Carmignano, which was one of the first officially recognized wine-producing areas in the world. The wine is bottled by Artimino Wine & Food S.r.l. directly in the province of Prato, ensuring a controlled supply chain from vineyard to bottle.
