Dansukker is a flagship brand of the Nordic Sugar company, which traces its history back to the late 19th century as a leading producer in Northern Europe. The product shown is granulated sugar (Strösocker), a staple in Scandinavian kitchens.

Since 2009, the brand has been part of the German group Nordzucker, one of Europe's largest sugar producers. While the brand originated within the national sugar monopolies of Sweden and Denmark, it is now integrated into a transnational corporate structure. Manufacturing takes place at various sugar refineries across the Nordic region, including facilities in Malmö and Örtofta in Sweden.
