Rangemaster is Britain's oldest and most renowned manufacturer of range cookers, with a history dating back to 1830. The brand is famous for inventing the world's first range cooker, known as the Kitchener, produced in its long-standing factory in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. This facility remains the primary manufacturing hub where most Rangemaster products are still hand-finished today, maintaining a heritage of British engineering and craftsmanship.

Over the decades, the brand evolved through various ownerships, most notably as part of the Aga Rangemaster Group. In 2015, the brand was acquired by Middleby Corporation, an American global leader in the commercial and residential foodservice equipment industry. Despite this American ownership, Rangemaster continues to be positioned as a premium British brand, focusing on high-quality kitchen appliances including ovens, hobs, and refrigerators for the global market.
