Amora Moutarde Douce condiment

Amora is a signature French condiment brand founded in Dijon by Raymond Amora in 1919. Famous for its mustard which defines the classic French taste, the brand has expanded significantly over the decades to include mayonnaises and ketchups. While manufacturing originally centered in Dijon, the production facility shifted to Chevigny-Saint-Sauveur after the closure of the historic Dijon site.

Today, the brand is owned by the British multinational Unilever, following its acquisition in 1999 from the Danone Group. Despite its international ownership, Amora remains deeply rooted in French culinary culture, continuing to serve as the leading mustard brand in France with its products widely distributed across Europe.
