Santa Maria is a well-known culinary brand that originated in Sweden. Originally founded as a spice shop in Gothenburg in 1911 by C.H. Nordlund, the company was later named Nordfalks before becoming Santa Maria AB. It has grown to become a market leader in the Nordic region for spices, Tex-Mex, and barbecue products.
