Today, the products are primarily manufactured at large-scale facilities in Australia, specifically a major plant in Wacol, Queensland, which serves as a hub for its production and distribution network.

In terms of ownership, the brand underwent a significant transition in 2015 when it was acquired by JBS S.A., a Brazilian-based company that is the largest meat processing enterprise in the world. JBS operates Primo Foods through its Australian subsidiary, JBS Australia. This acquisition integrated Primo into a global supply chain while maintaining its distinct Australian brand identity and localized production for the domestic market.
