Ownership of the brand transitioned in 2025-2026 as part of a significant acquisition where Multiply Group, an investment vehicle from Abu Dhabi, acquired a majority stake in Tendam, incorporating it into the 2PointZero Group. This shift marks a new era of international expansion and digital transformation for the brand.
