Fabbri Amarena is an iconic Italian gourmet food product, world-renowned for its distinct wild cherries preserved in a high-quality syrup. The brand was founded in 1905 when Gennaro Fabbri established a small grocery store and distillery in Portomaggiore. The famous blue-and-white ceramic jar design, which is depicted on the label in the image, was created in 1915 as a gift from Gennaro to his wife Rachele.

Today, the company remains a family-owned enterprise based in Bologna, Italy. It is currently managed by the fourth and fifth generations of the Fabbri family. The production process continues to take place in Italy, maintaining the traditional recipes that have made the brand a symbol of Italian confectionery and culinary excellence globally. The product is frequently used as a topping for gelato, desserts, and cocktails.
