Artiaçh Filipinos dark chocolate biscuits

Filipinos are one of Spain's most iconic biscuit brands, well-known for their ring shape and chocolate coating. Despite their name, they have no direct connection to the Philippines, as the brand was created in Spain. The biscuits are produced by Galletas Artiaçh, a company founded in Bilbao in 1907.

Over the decades, the ownership of the Artiaçh brand has changed hands several times, passing through multinational corporations like Nabisco, Kraft Foods, and Panrico. Since 2012, Artiaçh (and consequently the Filipinos brand) has been part of Adam Food, a Spanish food group that emerged from the split of the former Nutrexpa group. The products are primarily manufactured in the Artiaçh factory located in Orozko, Bizkaia, Spain.
