Pedras Tangerina sparkling water

Pedras Tangerina is a naturally carbonated mineral water infused with natural tangerine flavors. It belongs to the iconic Água das Pedras brand, which has been sourced from the springs of Pedras Salgadas in the northern municipality of Vila Pouca de Aguiar, Portugal, since 1871. The water is unique because its carbonation is 100% natural, occurring through a geological process deep within the granite rock layers before it reaches the surface.

The brand is owned by the Super Bock Group (formerly known as Unicer), the largest beverage company in Portugal. As of current ownership structures, the Super Bock Group is a joint venture with a Portuguese majority: 56% is held by the Viacer holding company (which is controlled by the Violas family and Carlsberg), and 44% is held directly by the Carlsberg Group. Because Carlsberg also holds a stake in Viacer, the Danish multinational effectively holds a majority economic interest (approximately 60%) in the brand's parent company, though the group maintains a strong Portuguese identity and decision center in Matosinhos.
