In 1982, the brand was acquired and revitalized by the entrepreneur Flavio Repetto, who integrated it into the Elah Dufour Novi Group. Today, the company remains under the private ownership and leadership of the Repetto family, continuing to produce its chocolate ranges exclusively in Italy using traditional methods and carefully selected raw materials.
