Mazzetti l'Originale is a renowned Italian brand specializing in the production of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. The brand's history dates back to the early 20th century with Felice Mazzetti, who began the family tradition of crafting balsamic vinegar in the heart of the Emilia-Romagna region. The product shown, 'Invecchiato' (aged), indicates that the vinegar has been matured in wooden barrels for at least three years, meeting the strict standards of the Protected Geographical Indication (I.G.P.) status.

While the brand maintains its deep Italian roots and traditional manufacturing processes in Cavezzo, Italy, its ownership changed in 2017.
