Robinsons is one of Britain's most iconic soft drink brands, with a heritage dating back to 1823. The brand gained significant fame through its long-standing association with the Wimbledon Tennis Championships, which began in 1935. Originally founded by Matthias Robinson, the brand became synonymous with barley water before expanding into a wide range of fruit squashes and cordials.

Today, the product is manufactured by Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd, which transitioned its main production from the historic Carrow site in Norwich to modern facilities in Leeds, Rugby, and East London in 2019. In late 2024, Britvic was acquired by the Danish brewing giant Carlsberg Group, bringing the brand under the ultimate ownership of Carlsberg Britvic. Despite this international ownership, Robinsons remains a quintessentially British brand, primarily produced and consumed within the United Kingdom.
