The porcelain manufacturer Kahla/Thüringen GmbH is a German manufacturer of household and hotel porcelain based in Kahla, Thuringia. Since 1844, the company has been producing fine hard porcelain and has developed into one of the most modern porcelain manufacturers in Europe. In 2020, Daniel Jeschonowski took over the company as managing partner and continues to operate it under the name Porzellanmanufaktur Kahla/Thüringen GmbH. The company places great importance on sustainability and has been pursuing the Pro-Öko strategy since 2009, which includes resource-saving production and innovative technologies to reduce environmental impact. KAHLA products are available in over 60 countries and have received more than 100 international design awards.
